China-Aid Project of Office Building for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tanzania is located at Dar es Salaam with total land area of 23,304.4 sqm. It covers a floorage of 14,108.92 sqm including: office building, generator room, janitor room and subsidiary buildings. The office building is a framed structure of 26.4 meter in height constructed with six-storey above ground and one basement. Both the generator room and janitor room are constructed in the form of one storey farmed structure.
Through close collaboration between various parties, the project was successfully completed on schedule with quality and quantity guaranteed. Upon completion and final acceptance certified, the project has been rated as excellent project. It serves to improve the working conditions for Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tanzania. It is of great significance for promoting development of China-Tanzania relations in political and social domain which marks new symbol of the friendship between two nations.
