The Surgical Treatment Center, 4-storey building aboveground was constructed as an additional building in the General Hospital of Uzbekistan National Security Service Agency. It occupies an area of 5,859 sqm with floorage of 5,247 sqm. The construction is comprised of main building for surgical treatment, fire pump room, sewage treatment room and exterior works.
Being cast-in reinforced concrete skeleton building structure, the project was categorized as Class I architecture with Class I fire resistance rating and seismic fortification intensity rated as 8.5 degree. The design working life of the project said to be 50 years.
